Electric underfloor heating is becoming increasingly popular, particularly in Kitchens  and conservatories. The installation is quite involved depending on the  heating mat installed. If underfloor heating is installed in a Kitchen the work carried out needs to be notified under Part P of the building regulations. SCN Electricals Ltd being members of NAPIT are able to do this for you. The photographs below show underfloor heating installed in a new conservatory the client was having laminate flooring which requires a different heating mat unless a screed is being put down over the heating mat. Please Contact us for details and further help.
