We are fully aware that many tenants do not always get their faults repaired straight away, by some landlords or letting agents. They are very busy people and so are us contractors, if you have a problem, contact your landlord and give them our details. We can not call on you to sort out your problem, without a work order from your landlord or letting agent, unless you wish to pay for our service.

 Before a work order is issued to us, permission for the work to be completed must be given by a landlord or letting agent, or we might not be paid for the work. We would be only too pleased to sort your problem out, but there are guidelines we have to follow.
