Periodic Inspection and Testing Prices

Below are our approximate prices for a Periodic Test & Inspection.

We give a more accurate price when the property is viewed.

Please note

All properties have different circumstances that determine the price of a test & inspection and how long it will take, this is why we like to view each property before we give a test price. As we give free estimates, it will not cost you a penny for us to come and give you a quote.

Properties with central heating installed, are cheaper than those with storage heaters within the property. This is because properties with storage heating circuits, have two consumer units ( fuse boards ) and will take longer to test & inspect.

Electrical certificates are not issued on the day, they are issued within 7 days of the test. This is because we like to check test results with technical data, to give you an accurate and valid certificate. No certificates are issued until clearance of full and final payment, this is due to some clients trying to obtain certificates without paying.
